Terms and Conditions

! We strive to provide a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Appointments and Cancellations

  • We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time.
  • A valid credit card may be required to hold an appointment.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $25 Flat Fee charge.


2. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.


3. Health and Safety

  • Clients must inform our staff of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent treatments that may affect the service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a contagious condition, open wounds, or any contraindications to waxing treatments.
  • For best results, we recommend clients exfoliate and avoid using lotions or oils on the area to be waxed before their appointment.


4. Minors and Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive waxing services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent.
  • Some services may not be available to minors due to safety and sensitivity concerns.


5. Payment and Gratuities

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards. No Check
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory.


6. Refunds and Satisfaction Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue appropriately.


7. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional discounts and offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Expired promotions and gift cards cannot be honored.


8. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Please keep valuable items with you at all times.


9. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, hygiene concerns, or failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Harassment of any kind toward our staff or clients will not be tolerated and may result in being banned from our services.


10. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is confidential and used solely for booking and service-related purposes.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.

Return and Refund Policy

 

              

1. Service Refund Policy

  • All sales for services are final and non-refundable due to the nature of our treatments.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
  • If an allergic reaction or adverse response occurs, please contact us immediately. Compensation or credit may be provided on a case-by-case basis.


2. Product Return and Exchange Policy

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • If a product is found to be defective or causes an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately for an exchange or store credit.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Approved product returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Store credits or exchanges will be issued promptly upon approval.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Right to Refuse Refunds

  • ZDiorSpa reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet our policy conditions.
  • Any fraudulent or abusive return attempts will not be honored.
